Established in 2016 by one founding director, we are now a growing, ambitious, multi-national team of nine.
We assemble the right team of experts, led by a dedicated project lead, working collaboratively to build trust and achieve our common goal.

Mark Shaw
Founding DirectorMark founded Studioshaw in 2016 after 8 years working for Morris + Company where he was a Senior Associate. At MoCo he designed and delivered a number of multi award-winning mixed-use, workplace and housing projects. Mark is key to identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships.
Mark has been a member of the London Borough of Lewisham Design Review Panel, a contributor to roundtables at the London School of Economic’s Theatrum Mundi. He has also been a critic and external examiner at the Welsh School of Architecture and The Bartlett School of Architecture. Mark has taken a team to Propski, MIPIM and the Pride march with Architecture LGBT.
Mark is an RIBA Architecture Ambassador. This involves working on an RIBA programme which reaches out to children across the UK, helping them understand the built environment and breaks down barriers of entry to the profession.
Mark graduated from the Bartlett School of Architecture in 2004 before qualifying as an architect in 2006.

Harry Thomson
Design DirectorHarry joined Studioshaw in 2016 after working in Shanghai for Neri & Hu Design and Research Office where he designed and delivered an award-winning hospitality project.
Harry leads the team as well as the creative output of the studio. This includes Bridge House, a new mixed-use neighbourhood block in Hackney Wick, five new holiday lodges at Middleton Quarry in North Yorkshire and a community housing scheme in Somerset.
Harry has been a guest critic at London Metropolitan University and the University of Central Lancashire. He graduated from London Metropolitan University with Distinction in 2016 before qualifying as an architect in 2019.

Anyu Chan
Project LeadAnyu joined Studioshaw after working at Adjaye Associates in London where she had the chance to deliver significant cultural, educational and hospitality projects in the UK and around the world. She began her career at Shigeru Ban Architects, working on cultural projects across Europe and Asia. She has also led small-scale, award-winning exhibition designs, collaborating closely with museums across the UK.
Currently, she is working on the delivery of Bridge House, a new mixed-use neighbourhood block in Hackney Wick, coordinating on site with contractors and a hospitality project in West London. Anyu is focusing on our RE:LOW agenda as well.
Anyu studied at the Royal College of Art and qualified as an architect at the Architectural Association in 2023.

Jack Moloney
Project LeadJack joined Studioshaw after working with Adjaye Associates, where he had the chance to deliver significant cultural, educational and commercial projects around the world. He began his career at Chapman Taylor, working on transport and logistics projects across Europe and the UK.
He is currently working on the delivery of our office fit-out projects in Shoreditch and Soho, coordinating on site with contractors and focusing on our RE:LOW agenda.
Jack studied at the Manchester school of Architecture and University of Westminster where he qualified as an architect in 2021.

Dilshod Perkins
Assistant ArchitectDilshod joined Studioshaw after working at Hawkins Brown Architects where he was involved in a wide range of projects ranging from Education, Residential and Mixed use.
Dilshod is working on a new co-designed, co-living scheme in Somerton that will see the delivery of a new public space and housing for the community.
Dilshod graduated from De Montfort University in Leicester is currently studying his MArch at the Bartlett School of Architecture where he is pursuing his interests in the architecture of the everyday.

Sharleen Kelly
Chief Financial OfficerSharleen joined Studioshaw as a fractional CFO, bringing over 15 years’ experience in finance leadership across founder-led businesses and multinationals such as MTV.
A former client of the studio, she supports Studioshaw with financial strategy and business planning, balancing financial discipline with an understanding of the creative process.
Alongside her work with Studioshaw, Sharleen acts as a fractional CFO for a range of purpose-driven creative companies. She is a CPA Accountant and has contributed to industry discussions on financial reform, including government lobbying on the UK furlough scheme and film and TV tax incentives.

Rosalba Napolitano
Office ManagerRosalba joined the studio with over 20 years experience in a range of creative industries. She started her career in film and television and fashion industries, she later moved into the world of design, feeding her love and passion for interior design and architecture. With her wealth of experience, Rosalba brings fresh thinking to the various aspects of the business practice.
After gaining her BA in Foreign Languages and Literatures in Italy, Rosalba moved to London, her forever home.
